Child Safety Standards

Last updated 26 August 2026

MatchSetGo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is our published standard, as required by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Review Guidelines.

MatchSetGo is an adults-only service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use MatchSetGo. This is stated in our Terms of Service, and the app is rated for adults on both app stores. Accounts we find to belong to someone under 18 are removed.

MatchSetGo is for finding a peer to do an activity with. It is not a service for children, it has no child-directed features, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

What is prohibited

The following are banned outright, and are grounds for immediate and permanent removal:

This applies to everything on the service — profiles, photographs, invitations, and private messages between members.

How to report a child safety concern

Reporting is built into the app. Open the profile of the person you are concerned about and choose Report. Pick Safety concern — or Inappropriate or offensive content — and add any detail you can.

You can block someone from the same screen. Blocking is immediate, and the person is never told that you reported or blocked them.

You can also write to us directly at support@matchsetgo.com. Please put Child safety in the subject line so we can pick it out quickly.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

How we act on a report

We review every report. A report that concerns child safety is treated as the highest priority and is escalated ahead of other reports.

Where we find a violation, we remove the content and permanently terminate the account. We do not issue warnings for CSAE. Where we believe a further account belongs to the same person, we remove that too.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the authorities — to NCMEC in the United States, as required of us by law, and to the relevant national authority elsewhere — and we cooperate with law enforcement requests that are properly made.

A report survives the account it is about. As our Privacy Policy explains, safety reports are retained even when the reported account is deleted, and the messages that account sent remain in the other person's conversation. An offender cannot erase a report by deleting their account.

What we do not do

We would rather be exact than reassuring, so: MatchSetGo does not run background checks on members and does not verify identity. Our safeguards are the 18+ requirement, the reporting and blocking tools described above, and human review of every report. We say the same thing in our Terms of Service.

Our point of contact

Law enforcement requests may be sent to the same address.

Changes to this standard

If we change this standard we will update the date at the top of the page. This page is published at a permanent address — matchsetgo.com/child-safety — so it can be cited and checked.
