These terms cover your use of MatchSetGo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchSetGo. When you sign up, you agree to give accurate information about yourself and to keep it up to date.
Keep your password secure and don't share your account with anyone else. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
Don't use MatchSetGo to harass, threaten, or harm other members. Don't impersonate other people or organisations. Don't post spam, scams, or anything illegal where you live. Don't scrape the app, run unauthorised automation, or try to break or work around its security.
If someone is behaving badly, block them and report them — both are in the app. We review every report.
MatchSetGo is for finding a peer to do an activity with — not for hiring someone to do something for you, and not for selling anything. Invitations are arranged directly between members.
We don't vet, supervise, or guarantee anyone. MatchSetGo doesn't run background checks on members, and doesn't verify that people are who they say they are.
When you meet someone from the app, take the same care you would with anyone you met online: meet somewhere public when it makes sense, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your judgment. If something feels off, leave. You never owe anyone an explanation.
What happens when you meet is between you and the other person. MatchSetGo isn't a party to it, and isn't responsible for it.
You keep ownership of what you post — your profile, your invitations, your messages. By posting it, you give MatchSetGo the permission needed to display and deliver it within the app so it works the way you'd expect: showing your invitation to members nearby, delivering your messages to the person who accepted, and so on. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using MatchSetGo, you agree to it as well.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. It's immediate and permanent. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted and what is kept — briefly: your personal details are erased, while messages you sent stay in other people's conversations (shown as "Deleted user") and any safety reports involving your account are kept. If you've uninstalled the app, see how to request deletion.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other members.
MatchSetGo is provided as is. We work to keep it running and useful, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose.
We're not responsible for the conduct of other members, whether online or in person, or for anything that happens at an activity arranged through the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to MatchSetGo is limited.
If we make a material change, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version next time you sign in. Small edits — typos, clarifications — just update the date at the top.
