Organization Terms

Last updated 4 September 2026 · version 2026-09-04

These terms cover your organisation's use of MatchSetGo — the account you registered, the profile you publish, and the invitations you broadcast to the people who follow you. By registering an Organization account, you accept them.

They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to everyone. Where this page and the member Terms differ about an Organization, this page governs.

Who can hold an Organization account

An Organization account is for a real organisation — a business, a club, a venue, a league, a studio — and must be registered by someone authorised to act for it. You confirm you are that person.

Give accurate details, and keep them accurate: your name, your address, and what you do. Don't register a name you don't have the right to use, and don't present yourself as an organisation you are not connected with.

Keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything posted from your account, including by colleagues you give access to.

What verification means — and what it does not

A new Organization cannot broadcast. Until we verify your account, you can register, sign in, and set up your profile, but you cannot publish an invitation to anyone. Verification is a person at our desk deciding to let you through.

Verification is not an endorsement. It means we did a basic check that you appear to be the organisation you claim to be. It is not a recommendation, a safety guarantee, a licence check, or a statement that we vouch for what you offer.

We decide whether to verify, and we are not obliged to explain a decision. We can withdraw verification at any time, which stops new broadcasts without touching your account or your existing followers.

What you may broadcast

A broadcast is an invitation to an activity, sent to people who chose to follow you. It works exactly like a member's invitation — what, when, where — and it must genuinely be one.

So: post activities people can come and do. Don't use a broadcast as an advertisement for something that isn't an activity, don't post a sale, a discount code, a fundraiser, or a link round-up dressed as an invitation, and don't post an activity you don't actually intend to run.

Say what you mean about cost. If your activity costs money, requires membership, or has conditions, put that in the invitation — not in a conversation after someone has committed.

Acceptable use

Nothing you post — your profile, your logo, your invitations, your messages — may:

You also may not scrape the app or the portal, run unauthorised automation, or try to break or work around security or the verification gate.

Your followers are not your mailing list

Following you is a member's decision, and they can undo it at any time. The portal shows you counts and aggregate statistics — it does not give you your followers' contact details, and you may not attempt to obtain, export, or resell them.

Broadcast at a rate you'd tolerate yourself. We limit how often a broadcast can ring your followers' phones, and that limit is not a target — an organisation that posts constantly trains people to ignore notifications, and we will act on it under these terms if the limit isn't enough.

Your content, and the permission you give us

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give MatchSetGo the permission needed to display and deliver it within the app so it works the way you'd expect — showing your invitation to your followers, showing your profile and logo, delivering your messages. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including your logo.

Removal, suspension, and closure

We may remove any content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend or close an Organization account. Where it's proportionate we'll tell you what was wrong and give you a chance to fix it. For anything involving child safety, threats, or clear illegality, we act immediately and without notice.

Suspension signs you out and stops you posting. Closure ends the account. Neither erases safety reports made about you — those are kept, as our Privacy Policy explains.

You can stop using the account at any time and ask us to close it at support@matchsetgo.com.

What we don't promise

We'd rather be exact than reassuring, so: we don't promise reach. We don't guarantee that any number of people will follow you, see a broadcast, or accept an invitation, and we may change how the app surfaces Organizations at any time.

We don't vet the members who follow you or accept your invitations, and we don't verify anyone's identity. What happens at an activity is between you and the people who come to it — MatchSetGo isn't a party to it. MatchSetGo is provided as is, and to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to it is limited.

You are responsible for your own compliance — licences, insurance, permits, safety, tax, and consumer law where you operate.

Cost

There is no charge for an Organization account today. If we introduce fees, we'll tell you before they apply to you, and you'll be able to decline and close the account rather than pay.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version next time you sign in to the portal. Small edits — typos, clarifications — just update the date at the top.
